My Fall Charcuterie Board!

I'm so excited to share my fall charcuterie board with you guys today! I love entertaining (all of my friends and family will tell you) and find that charcuterie boards are the best way to create a beautiful layout with all different types of food! I hosted a girls night last night with charcuterie boards, appetizers, some sweets, and a fall sangria that was to die for! I will leave the recipe below!

I'll start off with everything I bought for the board!

Starting with my "fillers" I call them -

1 Mini pumpkin

1 Large squash

1 Decorative squash 2 Decorative bowls

I usually place my fillers around the board mid way of assembling everything that way you can get a feel for where they're needed!

Next is all of my meats. I used -

Dry sausage

Prosciutto

Genoa salami

I just folded the salami up twice and it gives it a fuller look on the board! It's super simple and you can use any meats you like!

Cheeses are next -

Sharp cheddar

Parmesan

Fontina

Pumpkin spice fontal cheese

I'm a cheese lover so this is always my favorite part. I just simply cut all of my cheeses up and lay them out to give it a rustic look. The pumpkin spice fontal was a wedge so I left it as is and if you have cheese knives to put out that would be perfect!

I love adding fruit to all of my boards for some freshness! I only used -

Plums

Blueberries

I scatter these around and use the berries to fill any open spaces. You could use figs as well which would look really nice on a fall board! I try to use what's in season when making the board.

Now for the final piece...chips, dips, and crackers!

Pita chips

Garlic thins

Wheat thins

Hummus

Honey

I love having a variety of chips out and sometimes they don't even fit on the board! I have some of the chips in a cute bowl next to everything. The hummus and honey I always fill in the bowls so people can dip their chips and drizzle some honey on their cheese!

You can always throw some fresh thyme sprigs and cinnamon sticks around to give it even more of a fall feel, but I love how it turned out! I hope this helps make your charcuterie boards go smoothly! Below is the fall sangria recipe!

Apple Cider Fall Sangria

1 gallon of fresh Apple Cider

2 bottles of Pinot Grigio

1 c. Triple Sec

2 thinly sliced apples

You can top off your glass with some club soda and a cinnamon stick for garnish!

Ps: I'm linking my girls night outfit below! I had some girls ask me about my set I wore so I'm sharing here!

It's from Hollister - my friend Jess gifted it to me for my birthday! They only have the joggers and crewneck available so I'm linking those below - I'm obsessed!
